How do I find the right label?
The full-text search in the title screen, e.g. for formats for barcode labels, helps you to select the right label format for your application.
The extensive filter options, e.g. by label size, guide you quickly and easily to the adhesive labels you need.
This way you can order your labels quickly and easily.The small product image in the preview already gives you a first impression of the product - on the detail page you will find a comprehensive product description.

Do I need an account and where can I register?
An account registration is required to submit the shopping cart.
If you do not have an account yet, you can register here.
You will need an e-mail address and an individual password.
With an account you can manage your delivery addresses, view the order status and view the order history.

I have different delivery addresses - can I select that?
Before submitting the order, you can select all delivery addresses that are stored in our system for your company. If you have other delivery addresses, please contact your account manager or send us a message via the contact form..

What are the shipping costs?
Within the EU we ship free of charge from a net order value of 50 euros.
If the net order value is less than 50 euros, there is a surcharge of 10 euros per order for deliveries within the EU.
For deliveries outside the EU, the following flat shipping rates apply.

What payment options are available?
Payment by invoice: Unless otherwise agreed, the purchase price is to be paid net within 14 days of receipt of our invoice without deduction.
Payment in advance: In the event of insufficient creditworthiness information, we reserve the right to deliver only after receipt of the purchase price (payment in advance). You will receive the HERMA bank details required for the transfer with our order confirmation e-mail. Payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract unless the parties have agreed a later due date. After receipt of the invoice amount on our account we will send your order to you.
Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for online shops apply to all orders and deliveries.

What happens after I have placed my order?

The label shop transfers your order directly to the HERMA ERP merchandise management system.
From there you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This makes the purchase legally binding.
And the goods will be with you shortly with our efficient forwarding agents.

Can I also order sheets with several different labels (different size and arrangement)?
Yes, this is possible as a special order. Please send us your requirements via the enquiry form.
There you can already upload your die-cut drawing or sketch and send us details of the material, application and quantity required. Your account manager will then contact you to clarify further details and find a suitable solution together with you.
In which sizes can I order the labels online?
In the HERMA label shop you will find a variety of common standard sizes, on roll, sheet or fold - paper labels as well as film labels.
If you have special requirements for the label size or shape that cannot be covered by the stock range, we will be happy to provide you with an offer for a custom-made product. Please send us your requirements using the enquiry form. Your account manager will contact you to clarify further details.
For which applications can I order labels?
On the page online-shop/applications you will find an overview of different applications, with links to detailed pages. There we have summarised the standard label formats that best suit this application. Of course, you can also use HERMA adhesive labels for many other applications. If you have a special application that requires special material properties, for example extremely strong adhesion or removability, please send us your requirements using the enquiry form.
Together with you, we will determine the right solution for your application from our extensive range of label materials from our own production.
Can I order labels in special colours online?
In the Label Shop you can order a wide range of white, unprinted labels, in common label sizes. Labels on A4 sheets, for example, can be printed in colour on your own premises using a colour laser printer or inkjet printer, with the desired texts and images/logos.
If you require full colour labels, we will be happy to provide you with a quote for a customised product, in flexo or digital printing. Please let us know your requirements via the enquiry form.
Are labels with your own logo/design also possible?
You can design the A4 blank labels offered in the label shop with your logo or design as desired using our online label software and print them on printers in your company. No software installation or download is required.
We are happy to offer you large runs of pre-printed labels as custom-made products. Use the enquiry form and let us know your requirements. You can also upload your print data there.
Do you produce labels for subsequent printing with inkjet printers?
You will find an overview of all label formats that can be subsequently printed with inkjet printers on the page Sheet labels for PC printers (paper). Here you can order the desired labels online.
Why can't I order self-adhesive labels with address printing on the Internet?
Using our online label software , you can print your sender's address as well as the recipient's addresses on the labels yourself, even in small print runs. The mail merge function in the online software makes label printing easy by importing address data via CSV or Excel. This means you are flexible and can print the desired number of address labels yourself, depending on the mailing - whenever you want.
Alternatively, we also offer word templates for free download - so you can use all the possibilities Microsoft Word offers for serial printing of e.g. addresses.
Can you also print labels in short runs?
Our machinery is designed for the particularly economical production of large quantities. You can design short runs individually on our blank labels with the help of our online label software with text, images, barcodes, and print them out on your printer. This has the advantage that you only print the quantity currently required. Adjustments in the layout for further runs are quickly made, because you can save the layout you have designed and call it up again later to change it.
All standard label formats for laser printers and inkjet printers from the label shop are conveniently predefined in the online software, so there is no need to measure the size of the labels on the sheet. Even serial printing and the printing of different, consecutive barcodes is possible.
What are the delivery times at HERMA label shop?
In the preview view, we already show you the availability of the desired item.
Ready for dispatch means that we have the labels in stock and can send them to you immediately.
As a rule, the labels will be with you the next day/after 2 days. Should longer delivery times occur, we will inform you of this in the order confirmation by e-mail.
Can I also order labels from the HERMA label shop as a private customer?
Unfortunately no, our offer is only aimed at tradespeople. The quantities in the packaging are designed for larger requirements.
As a private customer, you have the option of ordering HERMA labels in small packaging units online via the office supply trade. Take a look at the label page in the section Office and Home and choose from an extensive retail range. On the product detail pages, we show you the retailer partner shops that stock the product - and redirect you directly to the partner shop for ordering labels online.
